For Classes
Upon registration and confirmation of class availability as well as completion of payment, there will be strictly no refunds. If for any reason you cannot attend the booked class, you are allowed to transfer it to a different person provided the class value are exact. Students are also allowed to reschedule to a different date upon confirmation and agreement with Margaret Yap Pottery Studio. Only in extenuating circumstances (force majeure) approved by us, will refunds be authorised to the bank account provided by the booking person to avoid fraudulent claims
For Website
There are strictly no refunds and no exchanges for website purchases. It is the client’s responsibility to read the provided product details for any discrepancies between promotional materials and the actual product. We have recommended ideal shipping methods throughout the website in consideration of product dimension, weight and shipping address. Not following the recommendation means Margaret Yap Pottery Studio cannot be held liable for any breakage that occur during transit, however, we will minimise any chance of breakage and securely pack your items with generous wrapping and cushioning materials.
