How To Pay

1. Pick your item(s)

    Visit our CATALOGUE page for a full view of our ceramics and books, or click on our many categories if youre looking for something more specific. Make sure to read the product details for any product specification.

     

    2. Add to cart

    Most of our items are one-off pieces, so once youve decided, click the ADD TO CART button and your shopping cart will slide out from the right side of your screen. This is where you can also leave special instructions for us, i.e. for gifts. Head straight to CHECK OUT once youve reviewed your shopping cart.

     

    3. Check Out _ Information page

    This is where you can apply your discount code, if any. Make sure to also fill in the correct information and your complete details, so your items can be shipped to its intended destination. Pick between (1) Ship and (2) Pick up. Once youre done, click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING to proceed, or if you want to revisit your item(s), click RETURN TO CART.

    • Shipping: We currently ship on Wednesdays only, so if you need your item urgently, please contact us through DM or email and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
    • Picking up: If you want to skip the shipping fee, you can pick up your items in our studio for free. However, please make an appointment beforehand so we can prepare your item(s). Wouldn’t want you to come all the way to the studio for naught. Our studio is located at Pluit Karang Cantik IX Blok M3S no.16, Pluit, North Jakarta 14450.

     

    4. Check Out _ Shipping page

    You can still apply your discount code here if you didn’t get a chance to in the previous page. A shipping fee will be calculated on this page based on your shipping destination. We currently only offer one method, but if you want other alternatives, feel free to contact us. Once that’s sorted, click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.

     

    5. Check Out _ Payment page

    Make sure all the details you provided are correct, then click COMPLETE ORDER.

     

    6. Order confirmation

    You will arrive at the order confirmation page. This does not mean we have received your payment. We currently only accept payments to our BCA account 1091459626 a/n Margaret Yap. Please use the following format for the subject: (your name) (order number) (product) – e.g.: steven 1005 cereal bowl. Once you have transferred the correct amount, please send a screenshot to margaret.madebymy@gmail.com with your order number so we can verify your payment. Once we have received your payment, we will send a follow-up email to confirm a successful payment.

     

    We currently ship on Wednesdays only, so please contact us if you need your item(s) urgently.
